Personalization
Many of the gifts we offer can be
personalized. There is no
additional charge for personalizing
your gifts! For the gifts you
select, you will be given the
opportunity to select various
options. As you select each gift,
please complete the information
requested.

Tee Shirts and other
clothing items allow you to
choose from available sizes,
colors and slogans.

|
Piggy Banks, Money
Banks, Door Signs
and Room Signs allow
you to choose colors, and
the name you wish painted on
the gift. |

Certain items, such as
Hair Accessories,
Girls Jewelry, and
Kids and Adult Sunglasses
are not personalized.

Where
personalization is available, you
will be given the opportunity to
complete a form with the information
needed to make your gift perfect.
At any time, you can view your
Shopping Cart to make what ever
changes are needed.
Please note: You can feel
perfectly safe that your child's
name and any information you provide
in the personalization process is
kept in the greatest
confidentiality.

Shopping
Cart
Your Shopping Cart temporarily holds
your purchase choices. You can make
many changes to your gift selection
on this page or delete it and choose
something entirely different.
Review your cart carefully, paying
special attention to the spelling of
names. When you are happy with your
selection, proceed to placing your
order.

Placing
your Order
When you are happy with your
choices, click on the Check Out
link. Here you will be requested to
complete billing and shipping
information. Once this information
is complete, you may finalize your
order and we will go to work
preparing your special gifts for
shipment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for
payment of your purchase.
If you are placing your order to be
shipped outside of the United
States, please contact us by e-mail
at
kim@kidoodlesbykim.com to
confirm we are able to ship to your
country. Due to U.S. regulations,
there are certain countries we are
not allowed to ship to.
When your order is finalized you
will receive a confirmation e-mail,
which should be kept as your
receipt.
Personalized Kid's Gifts doesn't
apply any sales tax to your order.

Turnaround
At Personalized Kid's Gifts we
attempt to service your order as
promptly as possible. Providing
complete information in the
personalization process, allows us
to process your order quickly.
Gifts that require personalization
will ship within 5 business days.
Gifts that require no
personalization will ship within 4
business days.
If your order is a combination of
both personalized and
non-personalized gifts, they will be
shipped together within 5 business
days.

Shipping
The cost of your shipping will be
calculated when you click on the
Check Out link. Shipping costs
are determined by weight and
packaging required.
All of our products are packaged
with great care to prevent damage or
breakage in shipping. We ship via
FedEx so that you are able to easily
track your order. When your order is
shipped, you will receive an e-mail
notifying you that your package is
on its way.

Returns
Personalized Kids Gifts is very
proud of the quality of products we
offer. We hope to provide you with
many years of service and so we are
pleased to offer you this 100%
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
We request that you open your
shipment immediately to insure it
has arrived safely and it is
correct. If for what ever reason you
are not satisfied with your
purchase, please contact Customer
Service by calling 503-856-1000
or by e-mailing
kim@kidoodlesbykim.com
within five business days of
receiving your order so that we can arrange
for a refund or exchange of your
gift.
If your order was damaged in
shipping, keep the product and
packaging and contact us
immediately. We will advise you on
how to file a claim with the
shipper. Unfortunately, we are not able to
refund shipping charges.

Special Care
for your Gifts
Many of our gifts are unique and can
be delicate and fragile. Please take
care in handling.
Any gift that is hand painted must
be handled and cleaned with care. To
clean, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid
greasy substances like hand cream or
sun-tan lotion when handling the
products. It may damage the paint.
Also avoid using any chemical
cleaners. For best results, use a
very soft disposable cloth.
Please pay close attention to
cleaning instructions on clothing
and dress-up gifts. Many of these
are made of delicate fabrics and
require special handling.

At Personalized Kids Gifts we
appreciate your business. Your
privacy is very important to us. Any
information that you provide to us
is used only to process your order,
reply to your questions, and to
improve your shopping experience. We
will not share your personal
information, such as your name,

with any 3rd party advertisers. Your
name, address and telephone number
will only be used by us or for
shipping purposes.
From time to time Personalized Kid's
Gifts will have special items on
sale. We will contact you by e-mail
to let you know of these special
opportunities. If you prefer to not
